Jayesslee Share Their Testimony, Thousands Were Touched

Oct 23, Subang Jaya- Youtube sensation, Jayesslee arrived in Kuala Lumpur few days ago to prepare for their first ever concert in Malaysia on 22nd Oct at PWTC.

Jayesslee is an Australian born Korean, 2-piece acoustic band found by Janice and Sonia. They are famous for their sweet and warm acapella covers. One of their covers video ‘Officially Missing You’ originally sang by Tamia hit 9 million views on Youtube and it got the twin famous.

They were invited to share their personal testimony to 3500 audiences at City Harvest Church on the day after their concert, thousands were touched.

Janice and Sonia found out their mother was diagnose with breast cancer at the age of 7, and their mother passed away when they were 16. ‘We were too young, we don’t even know what cancer was and I thought it was a cold or flu’ said Sonia.

‘It was very traumatic, her hair would fall out, her body was swelling and suddenly loses weight, just having to watch the physical change on our mom it was a shocking thing for us’ says the younger sister.

‘With her last bit of strength and her dying breath, she raised her hands up in the air and she began to worship the Lord and it struck us so much’ said Janice.

Jayesslee ended their testimony by singing a hymn entitled ‘Hallelujah’ in Korean to the crowd.
